Working conscientiously, she has been building our company for many years. Iwona started her adventure with seasonal work. She showed her potential and exceptional enthusiasm. She couldn’t be overlooked. She was promoted. Thanks to the variety of activities, she acquired a lot of knowledge and experience. This led her to the position of Assistant Sales Director. It is a great reason for us to be happy and proud of the fact that Iwona has been working with us for years with full commitment. "When I came here to work, I thought that during the season I would earn money for my studies, it took a while - I've been here for 18 years :)".
She first appeared in the company in 2001, wanted to earn money for her studies. Ania started her work on the production line, dealing with the seasonal processing of cherries. She liked her job, therefore with the time she stayed in the Production Department, worked with frozen foods at that time.
Soon, the internal recruitment for the Supply Department started. The young employee applied and it worked for her! She became an independent economic officer. This job gave Ania a lot of joy and satisfaction, posing new challenges every day. Her work and management potential was noticed and after several years of work she became the head of this department. Today, he is the Vice-president of the Management Board and she knows that our commitment and the heart we put into what we do it definitely can take us wherever we want. "When I started working at RUN Chłodnia, I thought it would be a short adventure, just a seasonal job, but thanks to the development opportunities and the trust my bosses offered me, I got to know one thing- this is where I belong!".
